DWG Miner DLL is an ActiveX component (written in Visual Basic) that lets you interact with AutoCAD DWG files and extract the information in them.
DWG Miner DLL comes equipped with a multitude of functions already predefined, so you can use them and reference them. Some of those functions are to update the value of some text, update the value of some attributes, disable some layers, create XML files, save DWG drawings, create Excel worksheets from the drawing data, etc.
With DWG Miner DLL you can also create, from the content of the DWG, Word documents, HTML, CSV, TXT pages and even update databases (SQL Server, MS Access, Oracle, Sybase, etc). To use DWG Miner DLL it`s not necessary to previously install AutoCAD.
